We snapshot the highest daily count and bill against that on the Business plan ($0.01 each, after the first 50 included in the base). Removed or auto-archived passes stop counting from the next billing cycle.
The 14-day trial caps total active Pass Records at 50, supports one design template (loyalty, gift card, offer, ticket, or generic), and rate-limits pass updates and push notifications to a few per pass per day — plenty for testing, not enough for a live program. No. Pass updates and push notifications to installed wallets are unlimited on the Business and Enterprise plans. We charge per active Pass Record, not per-event traffic.
Yes — on Business and Enterprise you upload your own Apple signing cert and Google service account JSON under Workspace → Credentials. Passes are issued under your branding, and you keep ownership of the certs and class IDs if you ever leave the platform.
The $1,000 base covers up to 50,000 active Pass Records, all Business features, a dedicated success manager, custom domain, SSO + audit log export, and signed agreements (MSA, DPA, SLA). Above 50k records, we move to volume per-record pricing scoped to your projection — typically $0.005–$0.008.
Yes. Cancel from Workspace → Billing any time. You're billed for the current period — no early-termination fees. Your design files and pass history stay exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
